Website Terms

This website shows cars available from Luxe Motor Group Pty Ltd and gives you a way to contact us. Our ABN is 50 666 859 776 and our NSW dealer licence is MD095598.

Car listings and enquiries

We work to keep prices, kilometres, specifications and availability up to date. Cars can sell between website updates. Please contact us to confirm the details of a car and the total price, including any applicable charges, before deciding to buy.

Sending an enquiry does not reserve a car or confirm a test drive or appointment. We will contact you to discuss the next step. Purchases and any agreed reservations are arranged directly with the dealership; there is no checkout on this website.

Photos and website content

You are welcome to share links to our listings. Please ask for permission before reusing our photos, branding or other website content for commercial purposes.

Other websites

Our Sell Your Car link takes you to Elite Car Buyers. Enquiries made there are handled through that website. Social media links also take you to separate websites with their own terms and privacy policies.

Your rights and privacy

These website terms do not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law or any applicable NSW motor dealer warranty.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle enquiry details and website usage information.
